Thursday Sprint Car 101: An Evening with Photog John Mahoney

Wednesday, June 20, 2012 - Tomorrow night’s “Sprint Car 101 – Third Thursday Series” program at the National Sprint Car Museum is entitled “An Evening with NSCHoF Photographer John Mahoney.” John will be in central Iowa for the United States Auto Club (USAC) races on Friday night at the nearby Iowa Speedway in Newton and the Indiana resident has graciously agreed to speak about his career at the free and open-to-the-public program on Thursday evening at 7 p.m. at the museum in Knoxville.

Those seeking more information on the “Sprint Car 101” Third Thursday Series of programs can visit www.sprintcarhof.com. There will be no “Sprint Car 101” programs in July and August, but they will return in September for the remainder of the year. The October program will be “An Evening with Billy Dusenbery, Ned Fry, and the Schneiderman’s”.
